Blåvandshuk

The distance from the middle of the Horns Rev site to Blåvandshuk is approx. 17 km. At this range, approx. 12 meters of each turbine will have disappeared beneath the horizon because of the Earth’s curvature. Placed 20 meter above sealevel all of the wind turbines will be visible. Blåvandshuk is the  point closest to the windfarm..

Skallingen
At its closest, Skallingen is at a distance of approx. 25 km from the windfarm and at this range, approx. 23 meters of each turbine will have disappeared beneath the horizon because of the Earth’s curvature. Approx. 87 meters will be visiable.
